Build Updates:
If you have any issues getting stunned consider adding some of the following to the build.
- Switch the major Pantheon over to Soul of the Brine King. Capturing all of the additional souls will also help with chill, freeze and stun recovery. This is one of the best and easiest solutions.
- A chance to avoid being stunned variation or Cinderswallow flask.
- Spend two passive points to pick up Heart of Oak.
If you have issues managing your elemental resistances consider dropping Shaper's Touch for a pair of rare energy shield based gloves. Shoot for as much energy shield, intelligence and resistances as you can get.
If you face any issues capping your resistances I would advise temporarily dropping the Shaper's Touch gloves for a pair of rare gloves. Preferably with as much Energy Shield, Resistance and Intelligence as possible!
After some retrospection and price shifts following this guides release I am shifting the build ratings a bit. This was the first usage of a rating scale to estimate the strength of an individual build. Looking back I would have rated the single target around a (3 out of 5). Very solid and even above average but nothing insane. Certain items have also shot up in price since the launch, mostly the helmet enchantment. As a result of this and the difficulty of optimizing some of the rare gear I rate
this somewhere around a (3.5/4 out of 5) in terms of fully optimized expense.
