Patch Notes 0.1.3: Dash Scavenger and Recycle Mechanic - Deathgarden Dash Gameplay

Patch 0.1.3 just released giving us the new Dash scavenger and also giving players the new Recycle mechanic. Now instant executes are removed from the game in exchange for giving scavengers a second chance. Now they must be recycled one time, which is a non-lethal execute, which will then allow the hunter to execute them the next time they're downed. Dash comes in with a speed boost ability along with several balance updates.!
