Paszteciki (Stuffed Savoury Doughnuts) | Funky Fresh Food

After trying these on my recent holiday to Szczecin, Poland, I knew I had to try and recreate them at home. They're stuffed with a cheesy mushroom filling, and should be encased in a fluffy dough with a crispy outside. But this was a bit of an experimentation on my part, so mine have ended up more on the crispy side, but they're still 100% delicious! Recipe coming soon...
