Panasonic MEGA O.I.S. vs. POWER O.I.S. for video shooting

This video compares the effectiveness of the Panasonic MEGA O.I.S. image stabilization and the Panasonic POWER O.I.S. image stabilization. Panasonic claims that POWER O.I.S. is better than MEGA O.I.S., but is this noticeable in real life video examples? For this test I shot two short clips with the Panasonic 45-150mm (MEGA O.I.S.) and the Panasonic 14-140mm (POWER O.I.S.= both set to 140mm. I removed the first and last part, where pressing the record button might have introduced shake. Then I analyzed both clips using Davinci Resolves stabilization tool.
