Panasonic HC-V380 preview - Whats new against the V270 - Best $300 camcorder

This is my opinion and suggestion on the Panasonic HCV-380 and what is has against the older V270 camcorder. I don't recommend the Panasonic W580 unless you need the extra front facing camera and HDR video.
