The original P90X Ab Ripper is one of the most popular ab workouts of all time. Many people say they have a love/hate relationship with it :) I know many people who aren't doing P90X, but they'll do the Ab Ripper workout 3 times a week, in addition to the workout they are doing. With the new P90X3 being available, there's a Deluxe Add-on with Ab Ripper X3. How does it compare to the original, and is it worth purchasing? In this video review, I answer both those questions. Ab Ripper X is one of my favorite ab workouts, not only because it's incredible effective, but because it is the first workout where I got abs. So this Ab Ripper X3 must be really good to top the original. That being said, always remember that Abs are made in the kitchen.
