Overwatch: Widowmaker Buffed, But Not Enough

Blizzard seems open to experimenting with Widowmaker in overwatch. In our opinion, she's not there yet. An aspect that was deemed a glitch was one of her most important abilities in her heyday, and with about 3+ other things nerfed as well, she's left still too weak even after the 40% scope time increase.
