Overwatch on Low end PC - Genji gameplay

My specs: I5 4200U 2.3 ghz Quadcore AMD Radeon 8600M 1 GB 4GB DDR3 Ram 500 GB HDD (Without 30 fps lock) FPS With fraps: Max: 53-55 Average: 28-30 Minimum: 20-23 FPS Without fraps: Max: 58-63 Avarage: 30-45 Minimum: 26-27 If you like the video, don't forget to give me a like!
