Overturned Milk Tanker Truck - Big Rig Tow Trucks Flip Tanker Truck - Tanker Rollover - News Footage

This afternoon at around 3:00 pm the Modesto Regional Fire Authority, Modesto Police Department, and various other agencies were dispatched to the Briggsmore / Carpenter Overpass in Modesto, California for reports that a tanker truck had overturned in the roadway. When crews arrived on the scene they found that a tanker truck carrying milk had flipped while making a sharp turn from the onramp onto the overpass when a tire blew out. No other vehicles were involved in the crash and the driver of the truck was not hurt during the accident. We spoke with a police Sgt. during an on camera interviewed who told us that it appears the driver of the truck did nothing wrong and that the crash was pure accident. Crews worked for over an hour to flip the tanker truck back upright.
