OVEN BAKED EGGPLANT RECIPE

Welcome to STUDENT MEALZ! How to make oven baked eggplant? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p == INGREDIENTS == - Some garlic powder - Salt - Pepper - Olive oil - 1 eggplant == RECIPE == 1. Wash the eggplant 2. Cut it into strips or slices 3. Cover them all with olive oil 4. Season with pepper and salt 5. Cover a baking tray with some baking paper and place the eggplants on it 6. Preheat the oven to 200°C and place them in there for about 30minutes 7. Make sure to check on them from time to time and turn them over if needed 8. When they're almost done, season them with some garlic powder or fresh garlic 9. Place them in the over for another 3 minutes 10.
