Oukitel U20 Plus Bricked from Oukitel of Aliexpress

I can't sell damaged goods or cheat to Dear Customers by poor quality, Please believe my shop test and check all before sell , this is problems in Oukitel Shop ,I think it come from seller and not Oukitel's seller but use name of Oukitel for sells ,This time I waiting refunds all if seller is Oukitel stuff , Surely must refunds all or send again by kindly ,Thank you This cast ,I think no problems Because Aliexpress can response by nice always My shop guarantee all ,I check before sent 3times ,and no have negative feedbacks, Thank you for Buyer and Seller
