It turns out that PopTarts are actually lower in sugar and calories but also packed with a lot more vitamins. Nature's Path actually found a way to make junk food more unhealthy than it already is. I can understand people wanting to try organic products but be sure to read the label. Many of the products listed as better for us really are not. Compare your labels. Instead of having a PopTart why not help yourself to a nice bowl of instant oatmeal. It cooks in the microwave in 3 minutes and is full of nutrition.
