I tried not to delve to deep into the feelings I felt at that time in my life but they will stay with me forever and I hope I never revisit them. With the recent deaths of Kate Spade, Avicii and the loss of Sophie Gradon (which is not specified if it was related to mental health but there has been speculation surrounding her dealings with online trolls) I chose to push this video live today rather than a usual Vlog.
