There is background music playing while Richtofen talks in Solo, but I haven't found a way to get it without his voice. Plus Damned plays quietly in Kino if you go AFK. - Five has that music because it plays during the campaign level U.S.D.D., where Alex Mason visits the Pentagon. Closest music to it without reusing Damned again. - Call of the Dead has no intro music, so I used the ambient music and sounds that can be heard in the background.
