OIRT FM DX: Radio Rossii

Radio Rossii received in Gura Humorului, Romania, in the OIRT FM band. Identifying these stations is difficult because they don't usually announce the frequency, which must be guessed with a precision of two decimal figures. In this case the beginning of the recording sounds like some local programs and commercials mentioning Arkhangelsk a couple of times. Therefore I guess it's the Nyandoma transmitter in the Arkhangelsk region, on 67.31 MHz (distance 1789 km). Receiver: Tecsun PL-398MP, 3 meters wire antenna.
