OHNE TITEL S/S 2011 FASHION SHOW - VIDEO BY XXXX MAGAZINE Working with a palette of navy, black, blue and white, Alexa Adams and Flora Gill of Ohne Titel were inspired by the Japanese woodcut artist Utagawa Kuniyoshi. Creating a sleek and cool collection, the silhouette of the belted pants, cropped jackets and drapery gave off a slight sense of an Eastern feel, with an athletic influence. The collection is full of drama with designs that exude the essence of punk from the eighties. The show opened with anticipation, as model Alice Dellal stomped down the runway topless, wearing little more than the animal-skin drum she was beating. Always one not afraid to shock, Hogg later had a model completely naked adorned with some nipple garnishing and a daring chastity belt. Inspiration was slightly primitive and very futuristic, think David Bowie's Space Oddity mixed with Barbarella. We saw a lot of metallic body suits, constructed body suits with dramatic belted elements juxtaposed with body revealing skin tight numbers. Always a brilliant show!
