Officers Beat Motorist in Diabetic Shock!!

This man is a diabetic who was suffering from low blood sugar (which causes minor seizures, unconsciousness or erratic behavior). They can often be mistaken as being intoxicated. This poor man is completely incoherent and is completely incapacitated. The first officer on the scene comes charging with his gun drawn and proceeds with contradictory commands. Even if the man could understand the police officer, there is no excuse for his behavior. Under law, a police officer cannot approach a vehicle with his weapon drawn unless the officer or other people are in immediate danger. It is also unlawful for an officer to enter a person's vehicle without consent of the driver, unless the driver has been charged with a specific crime and an arrest is warranted. Notice none of the officers stated any accusation of a crime and the driver was never told he was being arrested, yet they claimed he was "resisting arrest".
