NUNSR - KIRIN SASUKE MOVESET MOD v.2

I have just finished modding all 4 time-skip Sasukes, and will be posting them all over the course of the next week. Here is Kirin Sasuke, the first of my 4 sasuke mods. My goal was to give each Sasuke a unique build, while still having each moveset be very diverse.
