South Korea reported 4 more cases of the novel coronavirus over the weekend, bringing the total here to 15. In efforts to prevent the spread of the virus, the government said it will ban foreigners who’ve visitied China’s Hubei Province in the past two weeks (since Jan. 21) from entering the country starting midnight today. Koreans returning from the virus-hit province will be required to spend 14 days in self-quarantine. In addition, the visa-free program for Chinese citizens to Jeju Island will be temporarily suspended with strengthened screenings for passengers arriving from China.
