Norah's Home birth

I'm truly grateful that my husband was able to capture such great footage, while assisting me emotionally, and physically during labor, and birth. He also did the editing on this video. I was reborn the day Norah Hazel arrived. My body did exactly what it was made to do in an unhindered, environment. Being in the comfort of my own home, with gentle lighting, soft music, and a loving supportive Husband significantly increased my chances of a successful free birth. My labor started at 2am the night before she was born. The surges were around 2-3 minutes apart up until she was born. The urge to push started about 45 mins before she arrived. Each wave brought her closer to the shore. This is what I visualized with each contraction. My husband stayed close by and read off some of my affirmations I had on my wall. I went to another place during labor and birth. I transcended myself.
