No More Requests for Evidence

Will USCIS deny my immigration case? USCIS has announced a new policy that went into effect on September 11th 2018. According to that policy they will be denying cases without issuing what are called Requests for Evidence or Notices of Intent to Deny. Before they would give you a second chance if you missed something in your application.
