With Chef Ruchi Bharani learn to make no bake biscuit cake, which is easy, tasty and goes along with the Christmas spirit! Ingredients: - 250gms of chopped Bitter Chocolate - ½ cup of cream - Butter - Digestive biscuits and chocolate biscuits - Roasted almond - Roasted walnuts - Cranberries - Pistachios Method: - Micro wave the bitter chocolate and cream together for40-45 secs - Add butter to the mixture and whisk it ans keep aside. - Crumble the biscuits and add the roasted nuts to add, after mixing them up add the melted chocolate - In a baking tin spread the mixture and refrigerate it for one hour - Whisk together Melted Cream and Chocolate and let it cool down for 10-15mins - Pour the ganache on top of the cake - Refrigerate for one and half hour - Once the cake is all set, garnish it with pistachios Cake is ready to be served!
