Nissan V36 370GT / Infiniti G37 Coupe Battery Ground Upgrade - DIY

Hey Everyone, Here is a quick video of how went about designing and assembling a new battery ground cable for a friends Nissan V36 370GT / Infiniti G37 Coupe This upgrade facilitates for higher power draw such as an Audio System with a subwoofer Amplifier. NOTE: Correction for the video, this upgrade has resulted in a cross sectional increase of about 30% going from 20 mm^2 to 32mm^2 The battery ground cable is often neglected in many automotive electrical installs - without this upgrade, some aftermarket amps and other add ons can put huge strain on the existing tiny battery ground cable, this can become the weakest link causing voltage drops, heat and possible damage. This upgrade also respects and maintains correct ECU / Smart Alternator Battery management for the 370GT by having the battery ground run through existing OEM Current Sensor instead of defeating it.
