Nike Pegasus Turbo | FIRST Speed Workout of 2018

The Nike Pegasus Turbos were taken out for a quick spin tonight on the old cross country course at the University of Colorado. These running shoes are fast, they are lightweight running shoes and the upper is designed for speed. I did not expect the shoe to feel so fast a couple days ago, so I said that I need to try the Nike Pegasus Turbo in a tempo pace or at least an interval setting. Today was a great test for my fitness and overall endurance training, it hurt. Speed workouts are so hard, I need to do better at this component of my training, and the Nike Pegasus Turbo will be perfect for more of the fartlek or high tempo workouts coming up in 2019. I'm excited for this shoe, but I'm honestly still trying to figure out exactly how it fits into the running line up moving forward. The Nike Pegasus 35 once again felt amazing underfoot in the warm-up for today's workout.
