Subhas Chandra Bose urged Dilip Kumar Roy from Mandalay Jail to flood the country with songs. Netaji quoted that "whose heart is dead to music is unlikely to achieve anything". This special two CD pack contains songs by Rabindranath Tagore, D L Roy, and various other devotional and folk Poets. The CD pack also contains readings from his favourite letters and poems. The music of the album has been recreated by Srikumar Banerjee in a very traditional style. The songs were sung by Pramita Mallick, Sasha Ghoshal, Sounak Chattopadhyay, Suman Bhattacharya and the elocution was done by Mr. Sugata Bose. Sound Recording Mixed and Mastered by Goutam Basu.
