Neglected EVO 9

Much like my corvette, Shivam started dismantling a perfectly good low mile Evo 9 to build a track car. Unlike my corvette he never put it back together. Question now is what to do with it, try and build it or just sell it as is, my suggestion is to not waste $50,000 in parts to build a $25,000 car. Offers as is?
