Necrotizing Fasciitis from dental infection

Necrotizing Fasciitis NF is a rare but potentially fatal complication of dental infection. NF is a medical and surgical emergency. At initial stages it may resembles usual cellulitis which leads to delay in appropriate management with the resultant high mortality and morbidity. In this presentation we describe the condition, report a case, discuss the diagnosis and management.
