"Nude but not lewd" is legal here, and the parade is a chaotic, fun family event open to the public. The police close the roads along the parade route, and I'll bet this is traffic duty they actually enjoy. There is the occasional "Viagra" guy on a bike, but mostly it's just good fun, celebrating the longest day of the year.
