A:
10只大虾 10 large prawns (about 500g)
鸡蛋 1 egg
面粉 1汤匙/tbsp
玉米粉 1/2汤匙/tbsp
盐 1/4茶匙/tsp
B:
麦片 Nestum cereal 4汤匙/tbsp
奶粉 Milk powder 1.5汤匙/tbsp
糖粉 icing sugar 1.5汤匙/tbsp
盐 1/4茶匙/tsp
C:
植物油 1/2汤匙/tbsp
咖喱叶 curry leaves 3支/sprigs
小辣椒 3 chili padi
有/无盐奶油 butter 2汤匙/tbsp
1。A:大虾剪掉头尾的尖刺。
去肠子,洗净,用餐巾纸吸干水分。
Cut the sharp spines above the prawn head and at the tail. Devein prawns. Clean them properly and pat dry.
2。鸡蛋 + 虾混合均匀。
倒入面粉 + 玉米粉 + 盐搅拌均匀。
Add an egg into the prawns. Mix to coat the prawns.
Add the plain flour + corn flour + salt.
Mix well to coat the prawns.
3。大火预热油锅,倒入虾,炸2-3分钟,起锅,沥干油份。
Deep fry the prawns for about 2-3 minutes on high heat. Drain and set aside.
4。B:麦片 + 奶粉 + 糖粉 + 盐混合均匀。
Mix together the cereal + milk powder + icing sugar + salt.
5。C:锅里倒入植物油 + 咖喱叶 + 小辣椒炒香后,倒入奶油,翻炒至奶油融化。
Add cooking oil + curry leaves + chili padi, stir fry until fragrant.
Stir in butter, cook until melted.
6。倒入麦片混合香料炒香后,把虾倒入锅,翻炒至麦片沾满了了虾即可。
Add the cereal mixture, stir fry until fragrant.
Return the prawns to the pan, and gently stir until well-mixed and the prawns are coated with the crunchy cereal.
