MY SUMMER CAR - HOW TO BUILD A CAR! [FULL TUTORIAL]

FUEL TANK HAS 12MM BOLT IN FRONT!! Open desc for steps! Feel free to ask questions in the comment section. :) Assembling time stamps: --- NEEDED FLUIDS & TIMING BELT - 00:40 Notes: Timing belt, 3x brake fluid, coolant, motor oil, gasoline. Take your canister with you to the store and fill it. You will need food and drink too! --- CHASSIS - 01:55 Notes: When assembling halfshafts, make sure you didn't tighten the hub when installing disc brakes. Just put disc brakes in, then get halfshafts and tighten the bolt. When engine is in the car, tighten remaining 3 bolts from other end of shafts. --- BRAKE & CLUTCH LINING, GEARS 20:25 Master cylinders - 22:33 Clutch & brake lining - 23:42 Handbrake - 26:59 Gear stick - 28:37 Gear linkage - 29:18 Notes: Tightening every bolt is very important. If you they are not done correctly, fluids will come out and either brakes or clutch is not working. Brakes has bolts in very hidden spots and usually they are not working because you haven't seen them. Tighten gear linkage when engine is in the car! --- ENGINE - 30:20 Adjusting alternator and fan belt - 39:12 Engine to motor hoist - 49:55 Engine to car - 50:58 Installing the engine - 52:07 Removing the motor hoist - 53:10 Fuel tank & fuel tank pipe (7x11mm & 1x12mm) - 54:07 Radiator & radiator hoses - 55:48 Fuel strainer - 57.39 Rocker cover - 01:01:48 (You can install it after rocker shaft, i just did it later) Notes: Just follow very carefully, there's some steps you might forget. :) Loose the alternator and then install fan belt, then tighten it as much as you can, then loosen alternator 2 steps back and it should be fine. --- DASHBOARD - 59:10 RPM/Clock to dashboard meters - 59:10 Dashboard - 1:00:03 Dashboard meters - 01:01:00 --- OILS & FLUIDS - 01:02:39 Notes: I forgot to tighten gear linkage (3x5mm bolts under engine) so fluids came out. Make sure they are tightened! --- EXHAUST - 01:06:07 Muffler - 01:07:10 --- INTERIOR 01:07:45 Notes: - --- BODY PARTS - 01:10:22 Notes: Install doors before fenders. --- PAINTING - 01:19:46 Notes: - --- WHEEL ALIGNMENT - 01:22:53 Notes: See if the wheels look straight after adjusting and test them. --- FINAL CHECK - 01:24:52 Notes: Here i noticed my halfshafts, gear linkage and clutch lining weren't tightened. Tighten them so they connect to the engine. --- FIRST START - 01:27:40 Notes: If you hear clicking sound from the engine you need to adjust your valves.
