My Panty collection - History of Lingerie Part 2

Part of my Panty collection. The 1930's & 40's saw a shift away from the Scantie style loose crutch to enclosed legs with cuffs or elastic ( Brief style ) - New materials were being introduced - Rayon / Nylon / Rayon Satin ( called Swami in Australia) Lace & embroidery were used less & wartime parachute silk was common if material was rationed. Colors were still peach / pink /white while black was a little more common. Comments welcome.
