Hey guys, for this video I decided to tell ya'll how I basically went from skinny and weak to being fit thick and strong. Hope my tips helps some of you out. :) ...I also forgot to mention once you strength train and bulk up then you can do hypertrophy training to tone up. Strength training doesn't really get you toned.
