I got myself new 110 mm triskates.
The first impression was mixed. Although it was very maneuverable, the wheels did not roll that well. In terms of speed it was more like 84 mm wheels.
After a few sessions I upgraded the bearings from WICKED ABEC-7 to Rollerblade SG9 and it made all the difference in the world.
I believe good bearings are essential for HEAVY GUYS on TRISKATES. The load per wheel by a 90 kg guy on triskates equals that of a 120 kg guy on regular skates!!! (Do the math)
That problem solved, the only drawdown is that triskates do not roll that well on rough asphalt. Therefore I will continue using Macroblade 100 on longer trips or while going from A to B. The triskates are better for a fun time in the park.
As for jumping, I did a few small jumps. No problem there, but it remains to be seen whether they can handle big jumps or not.
