My First Design: Getting Started in Polyboard

This is an overview of how to set up a cabinet in Polyboard. See for yourself how quick and easy it is, not at all like working in CAD which is essentially a drawing operation. Polyboard is a parametric design and manufacturing solution specifically for the woodwork industry. Add your basic carcass, size it, and drop in assembly details like you would in the real world: doors; drawers; shelves and so on. Immediate access to your cut list and plans, or CNC files if you work that way. And if you need to adjust your project, simply resize your model and all details including your output are updated automatically. Even more powerful is when you add in manufacturing methods. These are style sheets that define exactly how you want your hardware, materials, edging and other details set up. Instead of setting these up each time you’ve got a new project, do it once and apply with the click of a button.
