My Dog Has A Really Bad Ear Infection

I am not a veterinarian. I will give support for pets that come in but I always let the client know they can & should go straight away to a veterinarian to receive medical care. I am a pet groomer and that’s clear. I have been referred many pets from Veterinarians to have all the ear hair removed. And I have heard some Veterinarians don't remove the ear hair, they have a groomer do that, but if this is an ear infection, which I have briefed this client human parent and she knows I'm not a Veterinarian and I clearly let her know I would see a Veterinarian.
