This is a series of calls made to Comcast Customer Service on 12/20/2014. I spoke to several different people, promises were made, lies were told, and my situation is still not resolved. I am posting this in the hopes that everyone who has interaction with Comcast will see that they need to RECORD and DOCUMENT all calls & interactions with them. They WILL lie to you, and they do NOT have the best interest of their customers at heart.
Please voice your opinion and vote against the Comcast/TWC merger proposal, support Net Neutrality, and pray for Google Fiber!
