My 3.3 Starter VRF + SR Trickster

After lots and I mean lots of umming and erring I have finally settled on my 3.3 Incursion League starter build. Thanks to the vaal skill rework and substain buffs to Ignite. SR has managed to sneak a whole bunch of extra damage and QoL into the mix and avoided the nerfs once again!
