Muzaffarnagar: The 'riot' men for the job

Kader Rana, BSP candidate and sitting MP from Muzaffarnagar, has finally had to make an appearance before the public. Muzaffarnagar votes in the general election next week. At a ground in Khatauli, before a thin crowd, Mr Rana lists his achievements over the past five years.
