Dhaba is an indian food delivery joint or a small restaurant on highways. Mutton Masala is made from lamb and mutton or lamb mutton. 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder

1 Indian Bay Leaves
1 Cinnamon
4 Cloves
3 Cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
1 Tbsp Garlic
2 Onion
3 Green Chilli
2 Tsp Coriander Seeds
4-5 Almond
1/2 Tsp Fennel seeds
1 Tsp Poppy Seed
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Corns
1 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Cup Curd
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tomatoes
Salt to Taste
