Munda out, will Jharkhand get its first non-tribal CM? With its most prominent tribal face Arjun Munda out of the race after losing the elections from Kharsawan, the BJP brass is weighing the possibility of making a non-tribal chief minister, which would be a first for Jharkhand since it's separation from Bihar in 2000. BJP sources said names of party vice-president Raghubar Das (Jamshedpur East MLA), party ideologue Saryu Rai (Jamshedpur West MLA) and former speaker CP Singh (Ranchi MLA) are doing the rounds, though a "surprise" isn't being ruled out.
