Mumbai: Pervert arrested for flashing woman at ATM

A pervert was arrested for flashing woman at ATM in Mumbai. This incident took place on Sunday morning with a young woman in Thane. The woman went to an ATM to withdraw cash. The accused, Sandeep Kumbharkar, pretended to ask for the woman’s help to operate the ATM. Kumbharkar flashed his private parts at the woman. The girl informed the police by recording a video of the incident on her phone. Kumbharkar has been arrested by the local Police.
