[MU Season 14] RUNE WIZARD & NEWBIE RECOMMENDED PVP/PVM BUILD

First look : seem like a hybrid of Wizard and Elf, an Elf wizard that live so long so it turn out to tobe Rune Wizard ? maybe i think. PvP : Really fall behind, but it's still a new character so it will need time to adjust to current meta. PvM : Really good early farming and lvling with basic skills, very strong AoE, burst dmg skill ..... Items : Still lacking late end items since it's new character.
