Mr. Ali Dino M. Panhwar (1926-2005) He Was my Maternal Grand Father. He served Pakistan for more than 45 years. ALI DINO. M. PANHWAR Birth: Born at Village Hussainabad, Taluka Kotdiji District Khairpur Mir's (at that time, Khairpur Estate) on 21-07-1926. Education: Received School education at Village Hussainabad and Khairpur Graduated in 1947 from Muslim University, Ali Garh (INDIA) Joined S.M. Law College Karachi in 1948 Service: Appointed directly as Mukhtiarkar in khairpur Estate in 1951. After merger of Khairpur Estate in one unit, served in Sindh Province in various capacities as • Mukhtiarkar, • Assistant Commissioner, • Deputy Commissioner, • Commissioner, • Secretary to Chief Minister. Worked as • Mukhtiarkar (Kotdiji, Moro, Nawab Shah and Rohri) from 1954 to 1962. • Assistant Commissioner Rohri, • Addl: Deputy Commissioner Jaccobabad and • Assistant Commissioner (General, Khairpur from 1964 to 1970 and was decorated with Tamgah-e-Khidmat by the President of Pakistan for meritorious since 1970. Served as Deputy Commissioner Sanghar and Dadu from 1970 to 1974. Worked as Commissioner Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana Divisions for about 6 years (1977-1980) again (1993-1995). Held office of Senior Member Board of Revenue, Sindh, Hyderabad and Secretary Revenue, Government of Sindh, during 1983. Served as Secretary to Government of Sindh, Services and General Administration Department , Secretary Education, Secretary Revenue, and Secretary to Chief Minister Sindh. Relieved as Commissioner Sukkur Division on 05-02-1985. Reemployed in Government since upto 1988. Again reemployed for 5 years in 1988 and appointed as Member Sindh Public Service Commission. Death: He left us all on 31-07-2005.
