MPs debate rising cost of basic commodities

The National Assembly reconvened today with members of parliament  kicking-off debate on  the finance bill with a key focus  on the rising  cost of living . The session was marked with heated debate with members from across agreeing on the need for the Government to put in place long term measures to cushion consumers against the high cost of basic commodities.
