Moving to Russia

This is what happens when you try to soak the rich. They move away, taking their money with them, i.e. Gerard Depardieu, who has been granted Russian citizenship by his friend Valdimir Putin, to take advantage of Russia's low "flat tax" rate of 14%. I'm no fan of globalization but to avoid, according to Mr. Depardieu, the continuation of 85% of his income going to pay taxes, one could hardly blame him. In regards to not soaking the rich, Valdimir Putin get's it. Barack Obama evidently does not.
