Mother in Pakistan awaits return of daughter trapped by coronavirus lockdown in Hubei, China

Her daughter, Maham Ali Khan, is a medical student who was supposed to return to Pakistan after collecting her degree, a trip that was delayed by lockdowns imposed on cities in Hubei starting January 23, 2020. The 25-year-old is among about 1,000 Pakistani students in the province who hope Pakistani authorities can arrange a way to evacuate them soon.
