Many of you have asked "how can we help your situation with respect to getting you back in the air at the airfield?" and here, finally, is the way. Send an email, as I have described in the video, to [email protected] and tell the councillors of the South Waikato District Council that you fully support the formation of the international model park. Let them know that you are willing to pledge $10 to the creation of such a facility and that you would like to come here and take advantage of its facilities, whilst staying in the local motels, eating at local restaurants and shopping in the local town. If we can get the numbers then I am pretty sure that we can convince them to de-register the airfield and turn it into the world's newest International Model Park. It's up to you guys now. I'll print the emails out and present them, along with the proposal, to a full meeting of the council as soon as we have a decent number.
