Hi guys there are a lot of Torment 6 monk build reaper of souls out there with Amazing gears and elemental stacking that requires you to be uber to .... be uber, here I'm going to show you guys a build that I've made up with only 4.8m dps and 8m base toughness. Once you subbed into my skills + passive it'll jump you up to 16-18m toughness right away. Dont' worry about the dps, you will be doing massive dps with Backlash and Firestorm, and finish packs with exploding palm. Low gear requirement.
