Probably the finest song about love after life presented in Hindi films, this is a triumph for all departments - the singing, the writing, and the composing. Pancham's original Bengali gem "modhumas jaaye" might be closer to the hearts of his fans, but the Hindi version also presents a great rendition by Mohd Rafi, and superlative lyrics by Anand Bakshi, and what to say about Pancham's superb music!
