Mits. WD-57733 DLP 57" TV I got that didn't work at all, now it has white dots all over screen

I put in a new bulb and cover on it ($60) and had our local TV repair company replace the DLP Chip and the "Color Wheel" ($400). This is a 2007 Mitsubishi WD-57733 DLP 57" TV that I got that didn't work at all. I ended buying a new Lamp (for $53) and fabricating a new lamp cover (free). It works great, except for all the white dots over the screen. I'm hoping it's an easy fix, but I'm really not expecting it to be so. Please ignore the content of the program, it was the onl channel I could get. All the best to everyone !!!
